Duties Develop and implement engaging Montessori-based curriculum tailored specifically for toddlers, emphasizing literacy education, math concepts, and sensory activities Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes independence, social-emotional growth, and early intervention strategies Manage daily classroom routines including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom management to ensure a positive learning atmosphere Observe and assess each child's developmental progress, documenting milestones related to childhood development and early childhood education standards Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, share insights on child welfare, and support at-home learning strategies Incorporate physical education activities and movement-based lessons to promote healthy development and motor skills Maintain compliance with childcare regulations, safety protocols, and standards for daycare and private school environments Skills Extensive knowledge of Montessori methodology applied to toddler care and early childhood education Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development for preschool or daycare settings Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster positive social interactions and emotional regulation Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment tools Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus Competence in teaching physical education activities and integrating literacy education into daily routines Knowledge of childhood development principles related to toddler care, preschool experience, and childcare best practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms young lives!
