Lead Teacher/Provider

Job Summary We are currently searching for teachers in numerous age groups. We serve children ages 12 months to 11 years old at A Joyful Noise Childcare Center. Teachers are responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Teachers must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns. Childcare teachers are required to use patience, a compassionate and friendly demeanor, and the ability to think creatively and quickly, while in the classroom. Our centers goal is to provide a nurturing and enriching environment that encourages stimulation, and cognitive development. A Joyful Noise is open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
