In this dynamic role, you will lead a classroom dedicated to children transitioning from toddler care to preschool, fostering a warm, engaging environment that promotes social-emotional development, literacy, and foundational skills. Your expertise in early childhood education, combined with your enthusiasm for curriculum development and classroom management, will help shape the next generation of learners. Responsibilities Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to early preschool children, integrating literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles where applicable Lead daily classroom activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and early intervention strategies for diverse learners Manage classroom environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in accordance with childcare standards and child welfare policies Utilize behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and support children with special education needs or individualized plans Collaborate with families, specialists, and support staff to monitor progress and communicate effectively about each child's development Plan engaging lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation and hands-on learning experiences Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, lesson plans, and assessments in compliance with licensing requirements Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private school environments Strong knowledge of childhood development milestones and early intervention practices Familiarity with curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and behavior management techniques Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive classrooms is preferred Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields such as Montessori or literacy education is highly desirable Ability to plan lessons that incorporate math, physical education, and literacy components aligned with developmental standards Join us as an Early Preschool (Bridge) Lead Teacher to ignite curiosity and foster lifelong learning in young children.
