In this dynamic role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and foster an inclusive environment that supports the holistic growth of every child. Your expertise in childhood development, classroom management, and instructional design will help shape a positive educational experience for preschoolers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Duties Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Manage classroom behavior through effective conflict management and behavior management strategies that promote positive interactions. Maintain compliance with educational regulations and standards while fostering a classroom environment rooted in Montessori or other child-centered pedagogies. Engage in ongoing professional development related to curriculum development, instructional techniques, and educational compliance to enhance teaching effectiveness. Promote literacy education through storytelling, library services integration, writing skills development, and early childhood childcare best practices. Experience Proven experience working as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education settings with toddlers or preschoolers. Knowledge of educational compliance standards related to preschool programs and familiarity with private school environments is preferred. Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, families, and specialists to support student success. Ability to adapt instructional approaches based on quantitative analysis of student progress and individual learning styles.
