Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for infants. Your expertise will help foster early childhood development, support families, and ensure each child's safety and well-being. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on infant development milestones, including literacy education, motor skills, and social-emotional growth. Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play. Monitor and document individual progress using assessments aligned with early childhood education standards Engage with children through nurturing interactions, guiding behavior management strategies to promote positive social skills and emotional regulation. Collaborate with families to communicate developmental progress, address concerns, and provide resources related to childcare, special education needs, and early intervention programs. Supervise classroom staff and volunteers to ensure effective classroom management and adherence to health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, particularly with infants or toddlers. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Demonstrated ability in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education alongside physical education activities. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and child welfare standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and community partners. Certification or degree in early childhood education Prior experience in daycare or private school environments is preferred. Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
