The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with children in a classroom setting. This role involves engaging lesson plans, implementing effective behavior management strategies, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Utilize effective teaching methods to enhance student understanding of subjects, particularly in Math and other core areas. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and development. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment. Provide early intervention support for students who may require additional assistance in their learning journey. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and childhood development theories. Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources, strategies, and insights that enhance the overall educational experience. Requirements Proven experience working with children in an educational or tutoring capacity. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for preschool or early education settings. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
