This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys working with toddlers and understands the importance of building strong relationships, providing consistency, and supporting early development through meaningful experiences. Our toddler teachers create a safe, engaging environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to explore, grow, and build independence at their own pace. What You'll Do Provide attentive, nurturing care for toddlers Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, experience-based activities Support children's social, emotional, and early learning development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Build positive relationships with children and families Communicate professionally with families and team members Follow all center policies and Washington State DCYF requirements Schedule Full-time position available Specific hours discussed during the interview process What We're Looking For Must meet all Washington State DCYF requirements for Toddler Teachers Experience working with toddlers preferred Patient, calm, and nurturing demeanor Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Passion for early childhood development What We Offer Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and training A positive, relationship-based workplace culture If you are passionate about caring for toddlers and want to be part of a center that values quality care, relationships, and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you!
