Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, promote positive behavior, and support the growth of children in your care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education.. Create a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional development. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective behavior management strategies. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support their involvement in learning. Implement individualized plans for children requiring special education or early intervention services to promote inclusive learning experiences. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and childcare best practices. Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methodologies. Experience supporting children with special needs or participating in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Valid certification in early childhood education or preschool teaching credentials; Ability to create an inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and safety while fostering academic growth.
