Childcare Center Program Supervisor, Site Assistant Director

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience in toddler/preschool care, childcare, and classroom/center/staff management.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare center
• Develop and implement educational programs to promote child development
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Supervise and support staff members in their roles
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
• Knowledge of first aid procedures
• Strong ability to educate and engage with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
