Requirements:

2 years experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is required. ECE Certificates is a plus A candidate should have a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to early childhood education. Be able to lift 40 pounds to waist high for diaper changes of certain age groups. Job Description:

Design an appropriate classroom environment; implement Highlands Academy proprietary curriculum. Meet the individual needs of the children including diaper change/potty training Participate in staff and training meetings Interact with the children to promote play, exploration and learning
