What You'll Do:
As an Infant Co-Teacher , you'll be an essential part of a teaching team that: Creates a nurturing, calm, and responsive environment for infants Builds strong, attuned relationships with children, families, and colleagues Collaborates with co-teachers to observe, reflect, and plan developmentally appropriate experiences Set up and maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to best support children's health and safety Embodies and models Jewish values such as chesed (kindness), kehillah (community), and tikkun olam (repairing the world) Supports a classroom culture of empathy, joy, and discovery
