Montessori Preschool Teacher

Montessori Preschool Teacher (MACTE Certified or In Training) Haggard Childcare Resources (HCR) Haggard Childcare Resources is hiring a Montessori Preschool Teacher to join one of our eight beautiful school communities for the current school year. We are looking for a passionate, child-centered educator who loves Montessori education and believes in supporting the whole child. This is a wonderful opportunity to lead your own classroom with autonomy while being supported by a well-established, mission-driven organization.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a Montessori classroom for children ages 2.5-5 years Prepare and maintain a beautiful, engaging learning environment Support each child's academic, social, and emotional development Partner with families and colleagues to build a strong school community

Qualifications:

MACTE-accredited Montessori training for ages 3-6 (or willingness to complete training within the next year) AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field Ability to work respectfully and compassionately with a diverse community A sense of humor, humility, and professionalism Must meet all Washington State licensing requirements (TB test, MMR immunization, background check, etc.)
