If you're up for the challenge, keep reading. Responsibilities Expect to be a dog boss, cat wrangler, fixer-upper, and a superhero to the team and pet parents. Speaking of teams, they are OUR "secret" sauce. Our management style is an eclectic mix of servant, democratic, and transformational leadership. However, teams need guidance to thrive, so be prepared to work alongside the team, manage schedules, address staffing needs, and assist with interviewing, training, and team development. Do you pay attention to details? That's great because we have plenty of them! We're not handling packages on an assembly line; we're caring for living beings! Education and Experience:

• High school graduate or GED; some college preferred.
• A minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in animal care.
• Dog daycare, boarding, veterinary, or shelter work is highly preferred.
• Ability to read financial reports, manage payroll, inventory, scheduling, and motivate and engage staff.
• Valid driver's license and a working motor vehicle.
