Child Care Teacher-De Pere

Our Teachers stimulate and teach the children valuable life skills and create a positive, caring environment to help them accomplish their daily needs. Teachers are responsible for planning and implementing weekly to bi-weekly lessons, activities and more!! Bright Beginnings offers a Center Based Curriculum that enhances your teaching and leadership skills along with displaying your individual talents.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain - we schedule lasses every 6 months. Shaken Baby Prevention training or willingness to obtain - have on-site training Willing to work flexible hours and assignments Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills Willing to learn new ideas and work well with others. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds is strongly desired and may be required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Teachers are required to have at least two (non-credit) classes in early childhood or equivalent. Associate Degree in Early Childhood (Preferred) Become part of the Registry Vacation/PTO starting your first year. Company contribution to Health and Dental.
