We're looking for Lead Teachers who are passionate about creating a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding a classroom, supporting children's development, and working as part of a collaborative, supportive team. What Your Days Will Look Like Creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play Building strong, positive relationships with children and families Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Leading classroom routines with consistency and care Collaborating with assistants and leadership to support the classroom as a team What We're Looking For Experience working in an early childhood setting A positive, patient, and flexible approach to teaching Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset A genuine love for working with young children Ability to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher (If you're continuing your education or growing in your career, we're happy to support that!)
