Duties Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging summer activities and experiences for children Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment Supervise and actively engage with children throughout the day Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance and relationship-building Encourage creativity, exploration, outdoor play, and hands-on learning Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing standards Communicate professionally with families and coworkers Work collaboratively with the teaching team and leadership Requirements Qualifications Must be Lead Teacher qualified through Wisconsin licensing standards Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to actively engage with children indoors and outdoors throughout the day Nice To Haves Why Join Tenney Preschool and Childcare?
