The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to early childhood education, ensuring each child's experience is engaging, supportive, and enriching. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating classroom where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Duties Create a positive classroom environment that promotes behavior management, social skills, and emotional well-being Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support early intervention strategies and special education needs when necessary Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and safety protocols Collaborate with parents and guardians through clear communication about their child's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns Incorporate classroom management techniques to foster respectful interactions and a love for learning among students Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early intervention and special education Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activities, and sensory learning Familiarity with classroom management strategies to create an organized, nurturing environment conducive to learning Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and caregivers Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred; All Wisconsin childcare classes a
