As a Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes early childhood development, literacy, and social-emotional skills. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate instruction tailored to diverse learning needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working collaboratively with families and staff to create a supportive community focused on growth and discovery. Bonus if have Associates Degree in Education Responsibilities Must have Wisconsin mandated Childcare classes Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative learning technologies and teaching strategies. Manage classroom dynamics effectively through positive behavior management techniques, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all children. Facilitate communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare and progress reports. Lead classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning tailored for preschoolers and toddlers. Experience Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
