Child Care Worker

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Childcare Workers to join our team at our learning-through-play childcare center. In this role, you will work with children aged 4 weeks to 12 years, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Routines:

Support and manage daily activities, including meals, nap times, and transitions, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all children.

Learning Through Play:

Implement engaging activities that promote learning and development through play, creativity, and exploration.

Individual Attention:

Provide individualized care and attention to each child, recognizing their unique needs and interests.

Emotional Support:

Build strong, trusting relationships with children, offering affection and encouragement to help them thrive.

Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Communication:

Maintain open and positive communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred. A genuine love for children and a passion for fostering their development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing needs. Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid) are a plus. Why Join Us?
