Qualifications:
A Credential, associate degree, or 4 year degree in Education, or a related field preferred. Experience is helpful, but not required. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with a team of teachers on a daily basis to ensure that the needs of every childis being met Work as a team to maintain a clean, safe and orderly classroom Provide a developmentally appropriate environment and curriculum for the children in your care Observe children, and make regular documentation of their development. Use these observations to set goals for individual children. Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents using a variety of means of communication.
