• West Virginia National Guard Child Development Center Skies the Limit Academy , a federal government contractor, is seeking a passionate, dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at the West Virginia National Guard Child Development Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and teaching practices Plan engaging daily schedules and activities tailored to children's developmental needs Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Model professional communication and leadership with children, families, and staff Utilize effective child guidance strategies to support social-emotional and behavioral development Lead and collaborate with assistant teachers to ensure strong classroom operations Maintain proactive communication with administration regarding classroom needs and challenges
