Preschool Lead Teacher

Overview Do you love children and want to make a difference in their lives each day? Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, literacy education, math skills, physical education, Lead daily classroom activities to promote childhood development and social-emotional growth Manage classroom behavior with effective behavior manageDoet techniques to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality classroom management and childcare standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to childcare regulations and promotes active learning. Qualifications Proven experience in preschool teaching or early childhood education with a strong background in classroom management and lesson planning. Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques. Experience working with children of various ages including toddlers and preschoolers; prior daycare or private school experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Degree in Early Childhood or relates field required.
