Daycare Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Engage with children through play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities. Qualifications Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying is preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies. Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to various learning styles. Experience working with infants or toddlers is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with children and their families. A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students.
