This role focuses on responsive caregiving, safety, and connection , creating a calm and loving environment where infants feel secure and supported. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and sleep routines Follow individualized schedules based on each child's needs Maintain active supervision at all times Follow strict safe sleep practices (back to sleep, empty cribs, five-minute frequent documented checks) Support early development through talking, singing, reading, and sensory play Keep a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Communicate daily with families in a warm and professional manner Qualifications Experience with infants (0
