Job Description

Assessment & Stats - Adjunct Position for
Graduate Program Description of Position:
The Department of Psychology & Counseling at Northeastern State University invites applications for a part-time adjunct position serving the counseling program. The successful candidate should have expertise and the ability to teach a graduate course in Assessment & Statistics. While our department offers courses on all three campuses including Tahlequah, Broken Arrow, and Muskogee, this position will be based on the Broken Arrow campus with applicants expected to teach face-to-face in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be able to teach Assessment & Statistics and any additional graduate courses in counseling to be determined by departmental need. Part-time faculty in the Counseling program are responsible for developing course materials and teaching assigned courses within the curriculum. All course delivery integrates technology, including face-to-face classes.
Experience:
Previous experience teaching counseling at the graduate level is preferred.
Education Requirements:
The successful candidate will have one of the following degrees and/or licenses: PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision PhD in PsyD in Psychology Master's degree in Counseling with an LPC-S L icense
Salary:
$800/Credit hour

The Department of Psychology and Counseling is housed in the College of Education and is comprised of twenty-three (23) full-time faculty members serving an undergraduate program in psychology and a graduate program in counseling.
