The Reading Specialist will also collaborate with and support the after-school program by providing targeted literacy interventions and guidance to strengthen student reading development beyond the instructional day. As a literacy leader, the position is responsible for implementing a comprehensive literacy program through coaching, supporting, and guiding teachers in best practices for literacy instruction.
