  • Your approach to working with adult learners, including coaching, modeling, facilitating professional learning, or building instructional capacity.
  • How you use student data and evidence-based practices to inform instruction and intervention.
  • Your understanding of effective early literacy practices (e.g., structured literacy, foundational skills, language development) and how this informs your work.
  • Your ability to collaborate with site and district teams to implement coherent, school wide approaches to literacy.
We encourage you to use specific examples that demonstrate your impact on teaching and learning. Your letter should reflect your authentic voice and professional values.
