• Three to Five years of successful elementary teaching experience with high reading/literacy instruction expertise.
• Proven experience working with English Language Learners and in curriculum development.
• Experience supporting literacy instruction, intervention, or curriculum preferred
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Advanced training in literacy development and reading intervention (e.
