Compensation & Schedule Salaried/Exempt Signing Bonus:

Annual Salary Range:

July 13, 2026 Who You Are Required Qualifications Meet "in-field status" by fulfilling at least ONE of the following qualifications by October 31, 2026: Colorado Department of Education License with endorsement in Elementary Education Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education Successful completion of the PRAXIS 5205 and PRAXIS Series 5903 within the last 10 years Ability to successfully pass all required background screening pursuant to CRS § 22-30.5-110.7 Be 100% dedicated to educational equity and committed to creating a rigorous, nurturing, and joyful educational experience Have the highest commitment to continuously improving curriculum and instruction through collaboration, best practices, and regular assessment Ownership for the academic results of students Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Ability to demonstrate evidence of self-motivation and willingness to be a team player Possess a growth mindset and experience using feedback as a way to improve practice
Desired Qualifications Bilingual:
Spanish & English, or have experience working with bilingual students Successful leader of an urban classroom who has used structure, incentives, and high expectations to drive student success while creating a joyful environment for students to thrive in Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly fulfill duties in person Prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, and successfully working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
