Part-Time Teacher

Part-Time K-5 Teacher (Fall 2026) Ayni Learning is looking for a warm, patient, and flexible part-time teacher to join our small, non-traditional learning community starting Fall 2026. We are a homeschool hybrid program serving K-5 students, focused primarily on reading and math, with additional enrichment in writing, geography, science, and art. Our mixed-age classrooms and low 11:1 ratio allow us to truly meet each child where they are and support the whole child above all else. What we're looking for: A teacher who values individualized learning and connection Preferably someone with an ESE (Exceptional Student Education) background Recent college graduates or soon-to-be graduates are welcome to apply A willingness to grow with our program and embrace a non-traditional structure

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00-11:00 AM Flexibility to also work Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons Additional opportunities may be available for candidates interested in teaching: Spanish, art & crafts, geography, ASL, science experiments, financial literacy, or writing.
