  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
  • Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate instructional activities and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lessons.
  • Foster a supportive and respectful classroom community where students feel valued and encouraged. ```Requirements```
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Valid teaching certification or license.
  • Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, including special education students.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present information to students and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects, including math.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development principles and the ability to adapt materials to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Familiarity with adult education principles and techniques for teaching adult learners.
