To Be Determined Job Description Reading Interventionist - Eastwood Elementary Eastwood Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reading Interventionist to support students in developing strong literacy skills. This position is ideal for a retired teacher who enjoys working with students and helping struggling readers succeed.
Qualifications:
Valid Indiana teaching license preferred but not required (retired teachers encouraged to apply) Knowledge and understanding of Science of Reading instructional practices Experience providing reading interventions and literacy support Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Provide targeted reading interventions to individual students and small groups Utilize Science of Reading strategies to improve student literacy outcomes Monitor student progress and maintain intervention records Collaborate with classroom teachers and administrators to support student achievement If you have a passion for reading and helping students build confidence and success in literacy, we encourage you to apply!
