Carpentry Teacher South Shore Regional Vocational Technical High School - 2.5 Hanover, MA Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Carpentry High school diploma or GED Woodworking Full Job Description South Shore Technical High School seeks a full time Carpentry Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Massachusetts educators holding Chapter 74 licensure in Carpentry or industry professionals who meet the criteria 1 and 2 for licensure (below) are invited to apply. Candidates holding a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License preferred. Chapter 74 Preliminary Licensure in Carpentry 9-14 criteria: 1. High school diploma or equivalent;2. Five (5) years of full time employment experience directly related to carpentry;3. Possession of Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License; 4. Passing score on the Vocational Technical Literacy Skills Test (VTEL) or Communication and Literacy Skills Test (MTEL); and 5. Passing score on the Vocational Educator Exam for Carpentry (Written and Performance).
