Stillwater Middle SchoolJob Descriptions for Para/Support StaffThe Summer Language Academy Paras/Support Staff supports targeted literacy and language instruction to multilingual learners and students needing additional reading and writing support. This role includes bothpush-in support within classroom settings andpull-out small group intervention support, with a focus on accelerating language development and literacy skills during the summer session. Collaboration will be critical as paras/support staff will work with classroom teachers to best determine literacy and language supports.
