What You'll Do:

Deliver our highly structured reading program in one-on-one or small group settings. Create a supportive, positive learning space where students feel seen, heard, and successful. Monitor each child's progress on a micro level to make data-informed instructional decisions that drive success. Communicate clearly and professionally with parents after each session to share insights and celebrate growth. Show up prepared, focused, and all-in—because this work deserves it.

What Makes This Role Different:

You'll be trained to analyze student responses, observe patterns, and fine-tune instruction in real time. We train brains—building the skills that make effortless reading possible.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children through teaching or mentoring Strong command of reading, spelling, and verbal communication Excellent auditory processing and phonological awareness (assessed prior to interview) Ability to follow a structured curriculum with fidelity and care A presence that is calm, confident, and genuinely encouraging

Education & Training:

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Instructor training is provided—no curriculum creation required.
