Department Clinical & Applied Movement Science, Chair-OPS Compensation Negotiable General Description/Primary Purpose:
Part-time adjunct faculty position in the Department of Clinical & Applied Movement Sciences. Adjunct faculty are employed on a semester-by-semester basis, as needed, and are non-tenure-earning. Position responsibilities include but not limited to: Teach assigned course(s) in accordance with the approved syllabus and course schedule. Hold scheduled office hours with frequency and modality as negotiated with the acting program director and department chair. Mentor students.Working Hours:

Kinesiology UG:
earned master's degree in Exercise Science (or related field) Kinesiology grad: earned doctoral degree in Exercise Science (or related field)Athletic Training:
earned doctoral degree in biomechanics, exercise science, sports medicine, or a related field; certification and good standing with the Board of Certification; current Florida licensure or eligible for athletic training licensure inFlorida Preferred Qualifications:
Kinesiology UG and Kinesiology grad: record of diverse teaching experiences in course areas we are seeking to fill; American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Associations, and other related certificationsAthletic Training:

The Clinical & Applied Movement Sciences Department (CAMS) at UNF offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Undergraduate students can pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Our Graduate programs include a Master of Science in Health with a concentration in Kinesiology and Lifestyle Medicine and a Master of Science in Athletic Training. for one (1) academic term at a time and possess no continuing contractual relationship with the University. May teach undergrad courses with Master's degree in specified discipline.
