The appointment's primary role teaching emergency medicine within the Athletic Training Program. The selected candidate will develop appropriate course content, instruct Master of Athletic Training students, and grade assignments and laboratory skills as appropriate. The adjunct faculty member may work collaboratively with faculty from the Master of Athletic Training (MAT), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD), Post-Professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTDP), Doctor of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences (ScD RS), and Doctor of Philosophy in Rehabilitation Science (PhD) within the department as well as with other departments within the School and University. The successful candidate will join one of the oldest entry-level masters in athletic training programs of its kind and will contribute to the university's mission through teaching, research, and service, with some variation by academic unit.
