The teacher develops lesson plans aligned with Arkansas state standards and helps students build scientific knowledge, critical thinking skills, and laboratory competencies. Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with Arkansas standards Teach concepts such as: Scientific method Life and physical sciences Earth and environmental science Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment Enforce school policies and behavioral expectations Encourage student participation and engagement Communicate with parents about student progress Work with other teachers, counselors, and administrators Participate in faculty meetings and professional development
