• Uses information about individual students' academic strengths, needs, and progress in planning
• Provide academic service to engage student in work aligned to the California Common Core Standards
• Uses resources that will promote high levels of learning and student engagement
• Follows established policies and procedures for reporting incidents (e.

g., child abuse, bullying, harassment, and violence)

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree plus appropriate coursework to qualify for teaching credential 2. Appropriate CA credential authorizing the teaching of students in a science classroom (Single Subject Credential in Foundational-Level General Science, Biological Sciences) or equivalent with EL authorization
