Job Description

Seeking an energetic and engaging Science Summer Camp Teacher to lead fun, hands-on science activities for elementary-aged students! We are looking for someone who loves working with children, can create an exciting classroom environment, and is passionate about making science interactive and enjoyable. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and able to confidently lead groups of young students through experiments, projects, games, and STEM-based activities. Summer camp experience and strong English communication skills are highly preferred.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:45 AM - 2:45
PM Primary Responsibilities:
Lead fun and interactive science activities for elementary students Create a positive, energetic, and safe classroom environment Prepare and organize hands-on STEM projects, experiments, and games Encourage student participation, curiosity, and teamwork Adapt activities based on student age and learning needs Communicate professionally with staff and families Support daily camp operations and classroom management Collaborate with the team to create an engaging summer camp experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or current college student in a STEM-related field preferred Experience working with children in camps, schools, enrichment programs, or after-school programs Strong English communication skills required Summer camp experience preferred Energetic, responsible, creative, and team-oriented Comfortable leading groups of elementary-aged students
