Instruct students utilizing your understanding of scientific content. Communicate effectively with students and staff at different technology skill levels to support instruction and advance educational goals. Provide constructive criticism and feedback. Maintain grade book, proctor exams, and assign projects as necessary. Employees will participate in the ministry of the school which stems from a non-denominational Christian faith perspective. Agree with the BCS Statement of Faith, Mission Statement and Philosophy (these can be found on our website: www.bradshawchristian.com) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science education or a related field Strong classroom management and communication skills Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design Knowledge of advanced mathematics including trigonometry, calculus, and algebra Ability to engage students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds
