The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching, curriculum delivery, student engagement, and academic support while contributing to continuous program improvement and institutional initiatives. Key Responsibilities Instruction & Curriculum Delivery Prepare and deliver course lessons and instructional materials aligned with established curriculum standards and learning outcomes. Adhere to approved course syllabi and ensure compliance with academic and accreditation requirements. Utilize diverse and engaging instructional methods to support multiple learning styles and enhance student participation. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and student success. Incorporate appropriate technology and educational resources into course delivery. Student Support & Engagement Maintain regular communication with students regarding academic progress, attendance, assignments, and performance. Provide timely responses to student questions and concerns. Offer academic advising, tutoring, mentoring, and scheduled office hours to support student learning and career development. Encourage student engagement through participation in orientations, student organizations, career-related events, and institutional activities. Program & Institutional Contribution Participate in program assessment, curriculum enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to support departmental and institutional goals. Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, grading, and related documentation in accordance with institutional policies. Support a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and student-centered learning.
