At First Baptist Christian Academy, we are a Christ-centered school committed to academic excellence, spiritual formation, and character development. Founded on Biblical truth and a legacy of faithful instruction, FBCA partners with families to equip students to grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. We are currently hiring for the following positions: High School Science Teacher High School Math Teacher Range of pay is dependent upon degree and years of experience. Job Summary We are accepting applications for dedicated and enthusiastic teachers for the 2026-27 school year who are committed to making a difference in the lives of school students through effective teaching practices and compassionate guidance. We are seeking teachers for elementary, middle and high school. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic growth. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum tailored to the needs of young learners, utilizing effective classroom management strategies, and promoting a love for learning through innovative teaching methods. Duties Implement lesson plans, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of students. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their participation and engagement in lessons. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to handle various situations that may arise during class time. Assist in the development and execution of lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their educational goals. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Experience A degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Must be a follower of Jesus Christ, faithfully attending a local church. Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within the classroom setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students and staff. A passion for Christian education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development. Strong writing skills for preparing reports, lesson plans, and communication with parents are required. (1 year Required)Teaching:
