Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and participation; assist with proofreading instructional materials for clarity and accuracy. Support students preparing for standardized testing by offering tutoring sessions or extra help as needed. Engage in professional development opportunities related to higher education teaching methods and special education accommodations. Skills Strong knowledge of mathematics topics including algebra. Expertise in scientific disciplines. Proficiency with learning technology platforms and laboratory equipment; experience with dissection techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds; capable of mentoring and providing instructional support. Classroom management skills that create an organized environment conducive to active learning. Experience in curriculum development tailored to diverse educational settings including private schools. Ability to design engaging lessons that incorporate instructional design principles; familiarity with research laboratory practices is advantageous. Competence in proofreading educational materials for accuracy; experience with library services or research resources enhances instructional quality. Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, research activities, and tracking student progress; experience with education administration is beneficial.
