Implements engineering design challenges and STEM integration activities that connect scientific concepts to real-world problem-solving contexts. Differentiates instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including students with IEPs, English Language Learners, and advanced learners. Collaborates with grade-level teams, interventionists, and special education staff to support student learning across disciplines. Manages laboratory materials, safety protocols, equipment, and technology tools in alignment with school and district safety standards. Participates in professional development, faculty meetings, and school improvement initiatives. Upholds school and district behavioral standards and fosters a respectful, curious, and inquiry-driven classroom culture. Understanding of differentiated instruction and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Ability to use student assessment data to drive instructional decision-making. Proficiency with educational technology, digital simulations, and learning management systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues.
