Job Summary:

Responsible for providing education to students so that intellectual, emotional, developmental and social needs are met according to the district and state standards, that will foster life-long learning and good citizenship.

Required Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Minnesota teaching license in 5-8, 5-12 or 7-12 Science Team oriented approach when working with students, colleagues, parents and administrators

Preferred Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Experience teaching or student teaching Science at the middle school level Embraces middle school philosophy of educating the whole child (academic, social, emotional and cognitive) Knowledge of the Minnesota Science Standards Ability to use technology to enhance curriculum Reports to: SMS Principal Application materials required for consideration: 1.
