The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate, innovative Science Teacher to join our expanding faculty due to significant growth in student enrollment. The ideal candidate will specialize in Chemistry and Physical Science, and inspire curiosity through strong organizational skills, a rigorous curriculum, engaging lab work, and strong pedagogical practice.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging curricula aligned with Menaul's STEM curriculum.
• Collaborate with STEM colleagues to ensure cohesive and integrated instruction.
• Conduct dynamic lab sessions, lectures, and activities to foster strong learning.
• Provide personalized student support and timely feedback to promote achievement.
• Serve as an advisor and mentor, guiding students academically and personally.
• Maintain proactive communication with families and participate actively in community and school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Science field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Middle or high school teaching experience desirable, though new educators are encouraged to apply.
• Teaching certification or professional qualification (e.g., IB Educator Certificate, UK Qualified Teacher Status) preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative spirit with a passion for student engagement and academic excellence.
