Full Job Description Duties:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards of FOCUS
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student success
• Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Knowledge of instructional best practices and current educational trends
