Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Summer School Teacher who is committed to our diversity, equity, and inclusion mission: Cultivating a community where all members experience a sense of belonging. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students.

August 10 - August 13 (M-R, 4 days)
Hours:
9:45 AM - 11:30

High School Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with NYS State standards and District curriculum, considering the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our students; Create a welcoming classroom environment where every student feels respected and supported; Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and backgrounds; Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success and well-being; and Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills.
