Cimarron is a small rural district serving approximately 200 students (PK-12) with a 12:1 student/teacher ratio, allowing for personalized instruction and strong relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high expectations for student learning, utilize effective instructional practices, and contribute positively to a team-focused environment. Coaching and/or assistant coaching opportunities may be available.
